Quinoa Organic Tricolor, 5 lb.

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 cup quinoa
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 pound lean meat (chicken, beef, or tofu), thinly sliced
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
    • Assorted vegetables (bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, snap peas)
    • Green onions for garnish
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    • Cook quinoa and set aside.
    • Marinate sliced meat in soy sauce.
    • Stir-fry garlic and ginger in sesame oil. Add marinated meat and cook until done. Remove and set aside.
    • Stir-fry assorted vegetables until crisp-tender.
    • Return quinoa and cooked meat to the skillet. Toss together.
    • Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions.
