Quinoa Organic Black, 4 lb.

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 cup black quinoa
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    • 1 large avocado, diced
    • 1 red bell pepper, diced
    • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    Cook and cool black quinoa.

    Combine quinoa, chickpeas, avocado, bell pepper, onion, and cilantro in a bowl.

    Dress with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
