  • Ingredients:

    • 1 cup fresh Camu Camu juice (strained)
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 egg whites
    • Ice cubes (for serving)


    • Prepare the Camu Camu Juice:

      • Extract the juice from fresh Camu Camu berries. You can strain the juice to remove seeds and pulp, resulting in a smooth liquid.
    • Make the Camu Camu Syrup:

      • In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar.
      • Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
      • Let the syrup cool to room temperature.
    • Whip the Egg Whites:

      • In a clean, dry bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    • Prepare Camu Camu Mixture:

      • In a blender, combine the Camu Camu juice and the cooled Camu Camu syrup.
      • Blend until well combined.
    • Fold Egg Whites into Camu Mixture:

      • Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the Camu Camu mixture until well incorporated. Be gentle to maintain the airy texture.
    • Chill the Mixture:

      • Place the Camu Camu foam mixture in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1-2 hours.
    • Serve:

      • Once chilled, spoon the Camu Camu foam into serving glasses over ice cubes.
    • Optional Garnish:

      • Garnish with a slice of lime or a few fresh Camu Camu berries for an extra burst of flavor.
